• Remote management available
• On-site presence negotiable
• Area of support can be expanded to cover customer's third-party software and/or hardware
• Suitable for medium and large sites

Implementation and Integration Services

We provide implementation (planning, installation, configuration, custom development, quality assurance) and integration (requirement analysis, solution scoping, integration platform evaluation, protocol and interface design and development) services primarily for the following systems and products:

• NetXMS
• NetXMS ATM Video Surveillance
• NetXMS ATM Monitoring
• HP Network Node Manager
• HP Operations Manager
• Novell Identity Manager

By customer request we can also implement and integrate other third-party or in-house IT systems and business solutions after additional evaluation.

Application Development Services

We provide a full set of application development services — from initial requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
